Choosing an instructor is a personal decision. Your 2-hour £100 First Drive lets you experience the tuition before deciding whether to book the remaining course.
Book Your First DriveOne First Drive offer for everyone: 2 hours for £100, whether you choose an intensive course or pay-as-you-go lessons. This is a separate introductory session, not included in course prices or credited towards later lessons. There is no obligation to continue. After your First Drive, pay-as-you-go lessons are £55 per hour, booked in 2-hour sessions (£110).

A qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) since 2021, Simon is enhanced DBS checked and brings experience in manual driving tuition. He now specialises in automatic intensive driving courses.
His calm, professional and adaptable approach helps learners build confidence and develop their driving skills through focused, personalised tuition.
At Firstlane, you’ll learn directly with Simon, giving you a consistent point of contact and continuity throughout your course. He will assess your current ability and tailor your tuition to your experience, learning pace and goals, helping you progress towards becoming a safe, confident and independent driver.
